Engineering challenge
The project combines large-area media with continuous water exposure, chlorinated water, high ambient temperature, refraction, cabling and maintenance constraints.
Engineering response
360° sealing strategy
Full glue and resin encapsulation around LEDs and wiring for submerged operation.
Corrosion-resistant fixing
Quick-fastening aluminum-alloy strips simplified underwater mounting.
Breakpoint-resume control
SPI fault-tolerant transmission limits the impact of an isolated node fault.
Integrated control boxes
Signal and power distribution are combined to reduce underwater cabling.
