Facade-lighting specialization
The 2025 company profile positions SHLED around outdoor building-facade lighting, media facades and complex landmark projects. The business traces its facade-lighting development to 2009 and records more than 1,000 lighting projects served by 2015.
Engineering-driven delivery
Products are combined with power distribution, control architecture, addressing, network planning, mounting, mock-up validation, commissioning and maintenance planning.
Manufacturing capability
The 2025 qualification package lists three Samsung high-precision SMT lines, five vertical injection-molding machines, five automatic wire-cutting machines, 46 automatic soldering machines, 20 ultrasonic welding machines, eight automatic dispensing machines and wave soldering.
Testing capability
In-house equipment covers photometric measurement, thermal shock, temperature/humidity, low-temperature bending, waterproof testing, salt spray, flame retardance, UV weathering, high-temperature testing, hardness and wire-tension testing.
Qualifications & compliance evidence
Management systems
ISO 9001:2015 quality management, ISO 14001:2015 environmental management and ISO 45001:2018 occupational health and safety management certificates are included in the current qualification package.
Product certification references
The evidence package includes ETL and CE references for selected products. Certificate applicability must always be verified against the exact model and project configuration.
Environmental & mechanical reports
Current evidence includes IP protection, flame-retardant / UV, salt-spray, IK impact, night-view lighting specification, photoelectric/color and linear-light inspection reports.
Software & intellectual property
The qualification package includes software copyright registrations, trademarks, utility-model patents, appearance patents and invention-patent evidence.
