Process capability relevant to facade products
Electronics
SMT placement, soldering and electrical assembly for pixel, linear, mesh and control products.
Waterproof construction
Injection molding, ultrasonic welding and automated dispensing support sealed outdoor structures.
Wire & connector processing
Automatic wire preparation and controlled assembly support long-run facade systems where connection quality is critical.
Project production
Production is linked to addressing, wiring, control-box configuration and project-specific inspection before shipment.
Testing equipment
| Test capability | Facade-lighting purpose |
|---|---|
| Integrating sphere / photometric measurement | Photoelectric and color performance |
| Thermal shock (-40 to 100°C listed in the package) | Temperature-cycle reliability |
| Temperature & humidity | Hot, cold and high-humidity validation |
| Low-temperature bending | Wire and flexible-product cold-condition behavior |
| High-temperature water tank | High-temperature waterproof validation |
| IP waterproof tank | Ingress-protection validation |
| Salt spray | Corrosion resistance |
| Flame-retardant chamber | Raw-material flame-retardant behavior |
| UV weathering | Outdoor material aging |
| High-temperature drying | High-temperature resistance |
| Hardness testing | Raw-material hardness |
| Wire tension testing | Cable and connection pull strength |
Why manufacturing matters
Facade fixtures can be difficult and expensive to access after installation. Production control therefore needs to focus on repeatability, sealing, wire/connector quality, thermal performance and traceable project assembly—not only final appearance.
