Huzhou Sphere Lighting System
Huzhou, Zhejiang Province — spherical architectural lighting using SHLED LED point-light technology. SHLED's public project reference identifies the Huzhou sphere with the JD33 point-light family.
Why spherical lighting needs custom engineering
Irregular coordinates
Each pixel belongs to a three-dimensional curved surface, so mapping must follow the real geometry instead of a flat rectangular grid.
Uneven visual density
Pixel spacing and viewing angle change across the curve, making content testing and camera review important before final programming.
Mechanical integration
Mounting, cable routing and module replacement need to follow the sphere structure without creating visible hardware.
System synchronization
The complete sphere should behave as one visual canvas, which requires accurate addressing, mapping and control timing.

Public SHLED sphere-solution technology references
SHLED's current public sphere-solution materials emphasize 16-bit grayscale, high-refresh display behavior, integrated power/signal control and cluster management. These are solution-platform references; project-specific Huzhou controller quantities and system scale are not publicly documented.

Control Architecture
Sphere projects are a good example of why SHLED positions itself as a facade-lighting system company: geometry, mapping, hardware and control have to be engineered together.
